Szechwan Chicken Salad


Dressing:
1/4 cup peanut or sesame oil (I used sesame)
4-5 tbsp red wine vingar
1-2 tbsp honey
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce, adjust to taste
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients above until well mixed and then toss with the following:
1/2 lb bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cooked chicken cut in chunks
1 cup fresh or frozen snow peas
2 green onions, cut up
Once combined, salad is best if it sits for 4-8 hours or overnight.
