Penne Pasta with Fresh Tomatos and Basil


Directions  Ingredients
Cook Penne Pasta as directed on package.
Saute the Tomatoes and Basil in Olive Oil. Add Salt
and Pepper to taste. Place into serving dish. Toss in
Drained Penne Pasta.    
1/2 Lb. Penne Pasta
1 Can (14-16 oz) Diced Tomatoes
1/4 cup Fresh Basil, Chopped
Variation: Also works well with Bow-ties
or Shell shaped Pasta.
