Penne with Basil and Mozzarella


Directions  Ingredients
Cook Penne Pasta as directed on package.
Drain and return to pot. Add the Grated Mozzarella
and Parmesan Cheeses, Butter, Olive Oil and Salt and
Pepper to taste. Then toss over low heat until
Mozzarella starts to melt. Sprinkle with Basil.
 
1/2 lb. Penne Pasta
2 oz. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Chopped
