I used to buy this peanut butter soup from the selller on a motorbike at the market but as time goes by, it's getting difficult to find this kind of soup being sold at the market, if at all. Therefore I set about searching for the recipe to make this soup and finally my son found the recipe from an old issue of Flavors magazine. We decided to try it out this weekend and was rewarded with delicious goodness!

The texture is so creamy and smooth!
The recipe is actually quite simple with only a few ingredients...
You need:
100g of creamy peanut butter
250ml water
30g brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon of rice flour dissolved in 2 tablespoon of water
Direction:
Put all ingredients in a sauce pan except the rice flour and on LOW fire, keep on stirring until you get a smooth mixture, then slowly drizzle in the rice flour solution until mixture thickens. I didn't use all the solution.
Enjoy...but too much though, this is very fattening!
